It’s your responsibility to read through everything listed to the best of your ability. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service and breaking them can result in me blacklisting you from future commissions.

Something to remember before you commission me

1. Please remember that I don't open very often. Slots are limited to 2-3 per batch.

2. Make sure I’m open for commissions by either asking me directly or checking the status on the top of this page (there's a big red banner on top when I'm open, you can't miss it). I also notify people who might be interested in getting a slot via FA/NG journals and Twitter posts.

3. I prefer to have at least one reference image of your character. Flat colors would be best for accuracy. Screenshots and 3D models are also ok.

4. You’re allowed to use art that isn’t yours to explain any ideas you have for the character, clothing, props, or image composition. AI generated images are fine too. Remember I will not copy someone’s art, style or character design.

5. I do accept text references.

6. If your submission description is really long and/or disorganized it will get rejected.

7. I don’t start commissions until I’ve received payment, unless I’ve already agreed to.

8. Expected turnaround time is 1-2 weeks for most commissions. If you absolutely need something sooner please let me know first.

Payment

1. All prices are in USD and must be paid up front before I start working.

2. I only accept Paypal or Monero. Please don't try to use STEAM crates or gift codes.

3. When using Paypal’s invoicing system, I will never tell you to select "Send to friends or family" option (it protects both me and you).

4. Please put no addresses on invoices I send you even if Paypal asks for one. These are digital goods, and you won’t be getting anything mailed to you.

5. I do not offer payment plans.

Refunds & cancellations

1. If you need a full refund, then you must request it before I started your commission. If your commission has been started, I will give you a partial refund based on how far along I am.

2. Under extremely rare circumstances, I may choose to cancel your commission. In these cases, I will give you a full refund, even if I have already started work.

3. If I’ve agreed to give you a refund, please allow a day or two for me to refund you in full.

You can't ask for a refund if:

1. Your commission has been finished.

2. If you traded/sold/gifted the character to someone and it isn’t yours anymore.

Procedure & progress

Once you have submitted your form and we’ve discussed what you’d like, I’ll send you a Paypal invoice (or an XMR money request) and add you to my commission queue. I'm providing progress shots for all commission types I offer unless it's listed as a wing-it.

Please review each progress shot thoroughly before approval.

When your commission is finished, I will send you high and low resolution versions of the file. Please be sure to download them as I won't be keeping those files forever. I do provide PSD files when asked.

• Extreme perspective (I just suck at it really hard),

• Feral-type animals (NSFW),

• Anything demeaning or super offensive,

• Extreme fetishes,

• Anything political,

• Heavy armor and vehicles (I suck at them too).

Revisions

I’m okay with making changes to WIP shots as long as they don’t get excessive and don’t go a step backwards (eg. wanting changes to lineart when I’m showing you colors). It’s fine to edit a WIP shot to show me exactly what kind of change you want. Remember I won't make changes (for free) after the commission has been completed, unless it’s a detail that I had completely missed or forgotten.

Rights to artworks 

1. I retain all rights to my art unless I state otherwise. This means that I can post it to any of my active sites/galleries and use it for samples of my work, and distribute it as I see fit.

2. For unfinished or refunded sketches, I reserve the right to repurpose them for another commission.

3. You are allowed to repost your commission to your gallery, social media, blog, personal website, etc. Cropping a commission for an icon, banner, blog image, etc, is also completely fine. Crediting isn't mandatory but is always welcome (:

4. Don't resell my artworks as yours. Bundling it with other art when you sell a character is fine.
